To ensure right qty. of purchase order and transfer order aligned with Inventory target and managing the 3rd party (Forwarders, Vessel, Custom agency, Inland trucking company and WH, etc.) from purchase / Transfer to smooth arrival in the 3PL warehouse and bonded warehouse.
To ensure physical inventory is properly tracked throughout end to end operation. (shipment, cost, issue tracking)
To manage EPR system for purchase order, transfer order and item master creation, etc.
To handling and manage customs clearance with commercial invoice and documents and manage Payment to 3PL
To manage labelling work with 3PL

Over 4 years experiences in the In-bound operation.
Logistics, Custom clearance process knowledge
FTA and freight in cost knowledge
Experience in forwarder, Vessel and factory handling
End to end supply chain process understanding
Basic knowledge on incoterms
Experience in document handling on Inbound
