Job Description
- Prepare annual activation plan, set up KPI, progress monitoring and gap-fill plan.
- Develop NPD (New product development) / EPD (Existing product development) launch & activation plan to contribute brand growth
- Implement marketing strategy and monitor KPI progress.
- Develop effective P.O.S.M (merchandising tools) based on specific channel / shopper insights.
- Coordinate product portfolio management (Portfolio sales trends, portfolio mix, profitability analysis report and uggestion)
- Responsible for CRM project (Couponing trigger to purchase)
- Prepare annual CRM campaign plan including new recruitment and retention program and ensure this plan well aligned with pillar marketing strategy.
- To implement defined brand communication strategy, briefing and managing creative agency to develop online/ offline communication and campaign program
- Closely monitor and analyzes sales trends by ranges compared to established target
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitors’ activities and prepare quarterly report with suggestion.
- Localize communication campaign plan based on global toolkits
- Work with digital marketing specialist to align brand growth plan with digital comm.calendar
- Develop field implementation plan co-work with trade marketing and sales team Budget planning & Forecasting :
- Consolidate pillar A&P (Advertising & Promotion) budget plan and ensure bi-weekly progress compared to established plan.
Job Requirements
- 4 - 6 years of consumer marketing experience preferably in consumer goods area
- Loyalty marketing experience preferred.
- Behavior: Customer focus, Collaboration, Learning agility, Organized, Strong Ownership.
- Excellent inter-personal skills in an international environment
- Good command of computer skill (e.g. MS office, HTML, etc.)
- University graduate or above
- Fluent in English
- Effective written or verbal communication at all levels both internally and externally
