Job Description
Responsible for full spectrum of recruiting process.
Develop recruiting strategy for campus recruitment, job fairs and with search firms
Manage entire onboarding process for new hires including salary appraisal.
Provide OJT training and orientatation program for new hires.
Conduct Exit interview
Develop and faciliate training program and schedules
Manage employee's information thru HRIS.
Job Requirements
Over 5 years of HR operation experiences
Recruiting experiences will be essential
