Manage and lead all finance and accounting operation including strategic planning
Perform Annual /Long term financial planning and Reporting
Conduct all financial/business review with variance analysis and control over data reconciliation
Guide other functions on budget execution and monitor the status of expenditure
Responsible for periodic closing - daily, monthly, quarterly and yearly - and ensure all figures are correct
Provide the reporting of financial result : daily cash flow, financial statements, month/annual report,
Lead company cash flow projection and management as well as working capital/CAPEX management
Lead whole general accounting process
