Monthly Key Performance Index Review with regional management & home office on Sales/Marketing Strategies and Key Initiatives for core products, market share & new channel development.
Develop and conduct strategic pricing, product flows and category development including new product launch through out monitoring consumer behaviors and responses in market.
Develop annual budget and mid-long term business plan with P & L analysis, sales forecasting, advertising and profitability of the each category |
