Leads digital marketing plans working closely with Marketing team to extend the marketing strategies to digital retail space and ensure timely execution and measurement.
Responsible for being a Digital Subject Matter Expert, identifying trends and sharing knowledge. The Digital Marketing Specialist focuses on expanding credibility and awareness for the portfolio of brands.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. E-Commerce Digital marketing and operation
Lead and manage digital annual planning, execution of campaign/promotion and measurement of websites and communications in collaboration with Brand Managers, eCommerce, Media, Consumer Affairs, Agencies and IS partners.
Developing digital assets and contents for brand awareness building in online
2. Integrated Digital MKTG communication both Home and Assoicated Shop In Shop mall
Collaborate with Brand, Agencies and e-Commerce key account manager on the development of digital programs and creative based on key priorities and focus areas.
3. Digital agency management
Independently manage e-Commerce Digital agencies’ strategic planning and implementation to ensure efficiencies and effective execution of digital initiatives.
4. E-Consumer and shopper understanding
Bring the digital market trend into ecommerce team and research for in-depth insight of online consumers and shoppers.
5. E-Commerce data analysis
Develop analytics capabilities for eKPI’s including site metrics, digital advertising and unit performance, coupon/rebate tracking, survey and other brand/insights tools. |

Over 12 years of marketing experiences with +2 years of Digital Marketing
1. Education & Professional Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree qualified or equivalent in a business related discipline
2. Experience
- Total 3~5 years’ experience in Marketing
- Minimum 2years’ experience in e-Commerce/Digital Marketing area is a must
- Career in Open Market or Social Commerce platform is preferred
- Preference given to digital marketing / advertising, CRM, social media and digital analytics, ideally several years’ agency or agency management experience
3. Knowledge/Skills
- Strong working knowledge of websites, digital advertising platforms, email, CRM and analytics.
- Strong project management skills.
- Self-starter with ability to work highly independently and act as subject matter expert for broader business.
- Ability to work well as part of a team, as well as independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to apply problem solving and process improvement techniques and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook).
