Responsible for the sales achievement of Hyper and Chain Large Super Market channel.
Manage trade spending, develop promotions and activities, deliver the goal of in-store visibility, improve the freshness, ensure perfect in-store execution and negotiate trading terms in assigned customers.
Optimize the efficiency and effectiveness of promotions and activities through sell-in and sell-out data analysis.
Ensure the most updated sales forecast and shipment to drive sales growth with optimal in-store stock level.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Optimize the achievement of volume, sales revenue, distribution, pricing, and product freshness targets through managing the performance of key accounts.
Prepare annual and medium term budget by customers in accordance with guidelines on brand strategies.
Develop investment plan by customer with key detail of promo mechanism by SKU
Develop strategic plan for new product launch with the channel management concept.
Price management as per company targets.
BRAND MANAGEMENT
Create awareness and demand for brands by working closely with Trade Marketing and Brand Team on the development of program details to ensure accurate interpretation of brand strategies and application.
In close coordination with the Trade Marketing Manager, conduct detailed analysis of market intelligence to help shape local strategies.
OPERATION EFFICIENCY
Ensure operational efficiency by working closely with internal parties and customers on the work systems and procedures for ordering, delivery, and invoicing and participating in relevant projects and assignments.
Advance planning and booking to reserve reasonable leadtime for each parties to ensure smooth operation and avoid missing opportunity.
Support inventory control and keep product freshness with high standard of forecasting accuracy.
Communicate with key chains Operations and Supply Chain teams to facilitate compliance at store level.
Maintain a sound record for budget control and verification. |
