    The aim of the role is to develop business insights and provide interpretation to business data, with identification of potential business criticalities and opportunities. The relevant insights have to be cascaded to other functions on recurrent basis via ad-hoc dashboards.
    It also provides support to Channels Development Managers and Sales department for development of selling argumentation, preparation of sales offers and design of price lists.
    It provides specific scorecards to monitor a seasonal activation and ad hoc projects performance as well as trade spend vs target . Follow up all sales planning process by linking the marketing plan and commercial activities with the Business result.

    Business Intelligence
    Performs daily monitoring on business performance in respect to the defined objectives, analyzes and interprets business data, recognizes potential business criticalities and opportunities, summarizes key data in ad-hoc dashboards.
    In detail:
    • Market / Trade data management and analysis (e.g. Nielsen, POS)
    • Competitors activities in store monitoring (qualitative and quantitative)
    • Point of sales performance tracking (e.g. price levels, quality of execution, shelf availability, implementation of defined trade terms & activities and distributor KPIs, etc.)
    • Panel data analysis (distribution, etc.) supported by Quality department
    • Developing / managing / monitoring company reporting tools tracking SO/STT/STD/Stock in trade vs Plan (e.g. simple trackers or SAP BW, Essbase, etc.)
    • Lead post Evaluation report after promotional / Seasonal Activity
    • Ad-hoc analysis on particular Brand/SKUs/ Channels
    • Internal reports preparation, analysis, sharing with other departments
    • Develops all documentations related to category management / channel management and sales activities
    • Perform category and shopper trend analysis as input to the business review process


    Promotion planning & Budgeting
    • Together with Channel Development Managers develop annual promotion plan (Price promo) by channel, account in monthly basis and reflect it in the price promo budget collecting inputs from sales and Distributor
    • Finalize TS budget proposal and get alignment with Finance on C&D budget
    • Provide TS tracking on regular base, highlight any gap vs TS budget and target volumes Promotion evaluation and ROI (e.g. promo effectiveness, Retailer margin analysis on different categories, price sensitivity analysis, service level / out of stock analysis)
    • Analysis of Trade Investments (e.g. P&L per Channel / Customer, Spending analysis, etc.)

    • To support in the development annual scorecard (KPIs) for distributor management
    • To track and evaluate distributor performance vs scorecard KPIs monthly basis (Distribution, Listing, Visibility, Channel Strategy) aligning with Sales Planning Manager
