• Lead nationwide retail operation strategy by Go To Market strategy.
• Ensure all outlets are on-brand and in line with regional and global marketing standards.
• Initiate periodic (yearly / quarterly / seasonal ) marketing plan.
• Execute Customer Based marketing plan to differentiate and unique from the others.
• Vitalize seasonal marketing activities consistent maxmizing product visibility in the store.
• Analyze weekly & monthly basis market trend, branch performance, marketing activities and seasonal buying review for each season.
• Monitor nationwide compliance with operating standards, policies and processes, service, training, visual merchandising etc.
• Utilize effective recruitment and training processes to deliver superior teams.
• Ensure the consistent performance across all key performance indicators |
Qualifications |
Over 15 years of succesful sales career in Retail / Consumer / FMCG industry
Proven successful sales history
Over 5 years of leadership experiences
High proficiency of English (Both verbal and written)
Outstanding communication skills
Stakeholder management skill |
