Develop, implement, and monitor petcare brands’ marketing plans to build brands and market share while achieving sales and profit objectives of the brands
Lead the brand business as a mainspring by working with key stakeholders, including local management team, local multi-functional team, regional Brand Directors, sourcing units, and external agencies
Be responsible for achieving brand 3 year vision by managing brand profitability and investment in the most effective ways. In addition, the job holder should seek opportunities to have strong product portfolio by bringing insights on market dynamics, local consumers, and competitive sets, and building strong network in global/ regional brand communities.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Develop business strategies and plans of the respective brands, track the progress, and propose gap-filling actions
• Liaise with global and regional petcare team to deploy global strategies to local market
• Establish strong product portfolio strategies based on regional strategies
• Propose and execute marketing activities including advertising, digital marketing, PR, consumer promotion, sampling, new product launch, packaging, and pricing
• Achieve deep insights on consumers and market, and translate into business plans, by conducting researches and analyzing data
• Write up business booklets for reporting to regional/ global management team

1. Education & Professional Qualification
- 4-year Degree (Bachelor’s or equivalent)
2. Professional Experience
- At least 6 plus years of successful Brand management(Marketing)
- Minimum 2 years as a Brand Manager in FMCG Marketing is a must
3. Knowledge/Skills
- Very fluent in both verbal and written English
- Experiences that enriched international perspectives are preferred
