1. Logistics:
- Control 3rd party logistics company:
warehousing / inventory control/ distribution / order processing.
- Analyze and control logistics expense thru streamlined process
- Manage Customs clearance & arrange foreign & local transportation
- Inventory management
2. Demand & Supply Planning:
- Analyze sales history and sales forecast by sales channel and item
- Plan supply & operation
3. Import:
Control local distribution system (3rd party) and 3PL KPI Management (Perfect Order, Stock accuracy, Sales Compliance, On-time Delivery)
Coordinate Imported Item logistics system/Saving Logistics Cost
Enhance more effective transportation & forwarding system
Over 12 years of broad SCM experiences in multinational company
Multi - Tasking / Hands on style
People management skill
Fluent in English
