1. Your client responsibilities:
- Provide guidance/expertise to module member and participate in performing consulting procedures, focusing on complex and/or specialized issues such as setting up RM strategy, prioritizing risk, and quantifying risk.
- Collaborate to plan client objectives and determine appropriate steps to take to achieve the objective
- Establish what ‘value’ means to the client such as mitigating risks and reduce risk capitals
- Define criteria to successfully perform project tasks.
2. Your people responsibilities - as a manager and team leader you will:
- Develop people by encouraging individuals to think for themselves and take responsibility for their contribution to the team
- Foster teamwork and lead by providing opportunities to communicate each other |

- At least five years of consulting or system development experiences in financial and management accounting for financial institutions is must
- Bachelor, master or Ph.D. Degree in management, accounting, finance or related studies is recommended
- IFRS and consolidation experience is plus |
