- Maintain/Coordinate the Sales & Marketing systems (POS/SFA/PRM/Sales Forecast) and corporate systems (Groupware) in cooperation with business
- Lead Local/Regional/Global front-office solution Projects with IT and business department
- Manage third party vendors to perform operational tasks as well as projects
- Collect business requirements & needs and propose proper business solutions
- Specify and design solutions, customize applications, prepare functional tests
- Endorse responsibilities to validate developments
- Look for a high level of user satisfaction by setting-up support processes and tools
• Age Range (Preferred) : 30대 초 - 30대 중반
• Education : above Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science preferable)
• Experience:
+5 Year experience in the FMCG industry
including +3 experience in programming
Intermediate understanding of Marketing & Sales systems (POS/SFA/PRM/EIS)
Programming Language and Database Management Skill (.Net, Java and etc)
Strong communication skill and Positive attitude
Project & Change management skill
• Language : Intermediate English proficiency (Spoken & Written)
• Other skills :
Project Management (PMP) or Service Management Skill is plus
Knowledge of other IT domain is a plus (Infrastructure, S/W development & Sales&Marketing)
