Job Description
Create digital marketing and SNS strategies that support overall brand communication plans and goals
• Develop, implement and optimize digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including SEO/SEM, SNS/Viral Marketing, etc.
• Initiate and develop digital marketing contents that maximizes premium presence of the brand and is aimed at reaching strategic KPIs
• Collaborate with agency partners to increase the effect of digital marketing through creative ideas and new approaches in all the relevant digital channels
• Measure and report performance of ongoing digital activities to ensure agility and maximize the effect of the campaigns, based on ROI and KPIs
• Monitor, analyze, and evaluate market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to identify market opportunities; adjust digital marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions
• Build effective relationships with Product Managers to successfully contribute to development and implementation of the product launches and brand marketing plans
• Collaborate with relevant Global Teams and deliver the best available digital communications assets to local market
• Provide support, insights and education to the Sales Team in order to have a direct impact to deliver the best in class consumer digital experience
• Ensure better user experience on the company’s website via keeping it up-to-date
• Track all digital marketing communications expenditures and effectively operate within given budget
Job Requirements
3-5 years of digital experience in a similar role (preferably with a digital agency background)
+4 years of experiences in digital agency
Job/People Skills
• Strong working knowledge of the digital marketing mix (SEO/SEM, SNS, display advertising campaigns, etc.)
• Experience of creating successful digital marketing campaigns that engage, inform and motivate across all channels
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, WebTrends)
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
