Job Description
Carry out M&A, valuation, and restructuring projects for the targeting companies in Korea
Incubate and build long term partnership with prospective counterpart
Perform strategic commerical due dilligence
Negotiate with the seller, balancing between comparable values and DCF estimates
Devise a deal structure and establish cash flow valuation model
Lead whole acquisition process liased with company guideline
Job Requirements
국내외 증권사 IBD, PE 또는 전략기획
Over 3 years of M&A and due dilligence experiences in accounting firm or global company
Outstanding negotiation skill
Fluent in English
