Manages a sales team in a mid-sized market or large portion of a large region to achieve financial goals.
Responsible for a large account or multiple accounts based upon geography, industry or a large set of named accounts.
Ensures the quarterly and full year revenue targets are met by managing the activities of a sales team to achieve or exceed the assigned revenue and growth goals in assigned accounts or sales territory.
Takes proactive role in contract strategy.
Develops strategy for expanding scope of existing contracts and identifying new business and win-back opportunities.
As required, may lead negotiations in renewing contract(s) within assigned accounts.
Develops relationships with key executives and decision makers within assigned accounts.
Manages the overall relationship to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with product/service offerings.
Provides leadership to the sales team and coordinates the involvement of company resources (marketing, sales specialists, consulting and client service) in actively promoting the full IMS offerings to anticipate and meet client needs.
Ensures that sales team is fully staffed, trained and deployed to maximize sales coverage.
Develops and executes account plan(s) and monitors progress.
Adjusts plan accordingly to consider new product/service offerings as well as significant changes to business conditions.

Minimum Education, Experience, & Specialized Knowledge Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required with a minimum of seven (7) years relevant account and sales management experience and/or solution sales management experience (preferred).
Extensive knowledge of Healthcare product offerings, customer account management, information solutions/consulting services portfolio and pharmaceutical industry.
Good networks in pharmaceutical industry.(Especially local company’s BD and overseas team).
Individual must be a superior and successful sales person, have excellent presentation and writing skills, act with a sense of urgency, and be able to work both independently and within a team environment.
Must have successful experience identifying and closing new business opportunities and developing positive relationships at all levels of client management and within the sales, consulting and marketing teams.
Should possess good communication skills both in English and Korean.
Excellent negotiation skill with internal staffs as well as externals(customers).
