IN-STORE ACTIVATIONS
Responsible for developing structured activation formats, cooperating with Marketing and Channel team aiming at enhance overall customer experience at store level for all brands/channels.
Responsible for comprehensive activation performance analysis aimed at identifying key strengths and improvement area to focus on.
Responsible for activation format negotiation with distributor and buyers.
Responsible for seasonal performance updates to management.
POSM
Working with external suppliers to ensure development of single elements in fully compliance with internal policy
Coordinate purchasing striving to minimize costs and ensuring standard quality and proper logistic of POSM elements.
Responsible for keeping track record of POSM implementation and in-store activity.
Provides technical information and training to field force regarding the activation formats and elements.
Defines full year budget for POSM activities and manages purchasing within the assigned budget and in full compliance with GRC.
PROMOTERS & MERCHANDISERS MANAGEMENT
Responsible for ensuring effective usage of promoters via strong education and activity mapping by promoter/store.
Develops a promoter scorecard to ensure the service is up to required standard.
Tracks daily activities via physical store checks and other tools to ensure flawless execution during key seasons.
Manages Merchandisers activity in full alignment with channel development team (channels/stores/etc)
Ensure daily tracking of Merchandising activity and provides related tracking to relevant deparments
Defines full year budget for POSM activities and manages purchasing within the assigned budget and in full compliance with company
Over 10 years of Key account and Trade Marketing execution in multinational FMCG or Consumer industry
Fluent in English - Direct reporting to foreign Executive
